Getting Started


ok, so I am going to Vegas the first week of May. Kinda like a second honeymoon. I am extremely excited about it, but everytime I look for cute outfits to go clubbing in I realize I need a body make over. So I'm giving myself 15 weeks to shape up before I ship out. I'm going to try to eat better and exercise. I'm thinking about trying different diets and exercises to see what works better, so I'm looking for suggestions on things to try.

This picture is me now. Current weight: 195
My dream goal: to be the 115 pound size 6 girl I was in high school.
My realistic goal: to fit into the jeans and cute tops I wore before I had my baby.


My setbacks: I work 7pm to 330am three days a week. On those days I get up at 9am and go to bed between 4 and 430am. That means 20 hour days. So I eat normal all day, then snack all night at work. This is a problem. Also, since its below zero here in Ohio, the only place I have to work out is the gym at work. That means staying up even later, and less sleep in the morning.


So why write about my weight loss here? Because I need acountability or I will never do it. I know myself! (and I hope this motivates me!) Wish me luck!
