I'm sick..not sure if its a cold or a sinus infection, but I feel like crap. But obviously its affected my appetite, because I have lost four pounds... in four days. How do I know this for sure? We bought a scale that tracks up to two people's weight. Mine and hubby's. So now there is a little competition going on between the two of us, over who can lose more. So far he is winning, thanks to his really bad case of the flu. Wouldn't you know that Friday we were both mostly fine and discussing a "whoever loses the most" case scenario...and wham! Both of us sick as dogs Saturday. Except the baby... she's as healthy as can be. I hope she doesn't get anything from us. But before I got this sickness, I was doing so much better watching what I ate... and exercising too. It got up to 45 degrees on Thursday and I took a walk. Friday I did aerobics with the baby.. she loved being carried around and bounced a little as I marched and whatnot... and talk about a more intense workout!
I have been keeping an eye on this blog and think about 0 people have read it. So much for thinking this would make me feel more motivated...oh well!

Ok little missy! I will motivate you. I am kicking your ass! I have lost 11 pounds! I started at 182 ( the heaviest I have ever been!!). I have the same scale as you and today I weighed in at 171. My advice is i eat every 3 hrs. Breakfast: Special K and 1% milk= 220 calories..Snack:100 calories snack Lunch: Michalena Lean Meal usually between 250 and 300 Clalories...Snack:Popsicle.I like healthy choice fudge bars or a "natural" friut bar..50-80calories..Then I eat another 300 calories at dinner. I however work 12 hrs a day and rarely stay up for 20hrs...so I suggest looking for filling foods...however not an expert....I like cottage cheese. Anyways, I will try to be there for you.. I know you can do it!
